vintage yellow little girl’s shawl

I found this precious handmade vintage little girl’s shawl/poncho and couldn’t resist it. I love when I see potential in a handmade overlooked treasure and knew this vintage piece needed some more love.

I upcycled this beautiful little girl’s poncho and added pretty lace appliques, handmade fabric flowers, gems, and a pale pink polka dot ruffle trim made from silk charmeuse all the way around to add my feminine girl boho touch.

This adorable poncho is a great gift for someone special as a first birthday present or for a new mom to save.

All of the baby/children’s items are always pre-washed and cleaned before I add any new trims to them.
