As a Designer, Creative Director, entrepreneur, and coach, my gift is seeing the thread.  I’ve spent my career helping people take many moving pieces and shape them into a clear, cohesive vision.

“My world was a shit storm before Laura entered my life. I’m a 0 to 60 kinda gal and I was living in a constant cycle of burnout and self-sabotage. Working with Laura changed all that. I showed up to her beautiful, calm and professional studio each week eager to be heard and moreover, guided. So we’d light a fancy candle, state our intention for the session, and begin. Laura tailored our coaching together by breaking up our sessions into emotionally manageable chunks; family, work, money, relationships, etc. I’m not going to sugarcoat this for you; doing spiritual work is freaking hard. It’s emotional. It’s exhausting. But every time I would feel stuck, Laura would encourage me to go a little deeper and forgive a little more. Instead of giving me a packet of self-help worksheets I’d never fill out, Laura nurtured me with essential oils and self care tools. (Her spiritual lending library is no joke, I’m still borrowing books!) I never left with homework that would make me feel guilty the following week when I didn’t do it, instead I’d leave our sessions with a suggested action plan of things I could do to support myself. My action plan would include things as small as “take a bath tonight”, or “stop taking phone calls after 8 pm because my family drives me batty” to bigger things like; “look into my own eyes in the mirror and say I LOVE YOU! everyday. Week by week my life started to change. Certain things that used to wreck my day no longer bothered me. I was able to identify my self-sabotaging ways and implement self care. Certain painful experiences from my past were no longer painful. This is the best investment I’ve ever made, because I invested in myself. I feel stronger. I feel more in touch with myself and with what I can (and want) to handle. As women, we tend to extend ourselves so much that we are often left feeling empty. My time with Laura has helped me connect to myself and go after my truest desires. She is a rare find in a person, and especially a coach.
