Today Im sharing tips to help you protect your energy field, especially when you need to encounter people or circumstances that make you uncomfortable…

If you are sensitive, you need energetic protection.. I am prone to a condition called SVT in general but especially when I feel nervous, scared, unprotected etc, so if you do too, its super important to ground yourself and protect your energy field.

Here are some tips to help you do so:

  1. You are not alone. You have you to help you!
  2. Take 5 minutes to journal it out…Rip out a page that you plan to throw away so you can feel as free and honest as possible and just start writing…How are you feeling? It doenst need to make sense…dont think about it, feel it in your body and get it on paper.
