Blue Blazer, Tapestry Blazer

I could not resist buying this jacket even though its totally too small for me. This lovely little blue blazer is a rare gem. A subtle tapestry print in shades of blue with a bell ruffle sleeve hem. I added new and vintage trim to the side, including a flower burst layered with ribbon and a vintage brooch.
